CTSI provides a complete line of services from conceptual design, P&ID through fabrication, testing, and delivery. We can handle your entire project or any portion of it. We can build from your drawings or provide engineering and design using your specifications to produce 3D CAD drawings to support the project.

Welding: Our welders are ASME B31.1 and ASME B31.3 certified for carbon and stainless steel piping; and AWS D1.1 certified for structural carbon steel welding. We also have a certified weld inspector in-house.

Wiring/Assembly: We provide wiring, tubing, and piping assembly services for pumps, motors, valves, enclosures and other components.

Painting/Coating: Your project can be painted in a color of your choice using your preferred and specified paint system. By utilizing a start-of-the-art electrostatic system, we can ensure better coverage, uniformity and adhesion while decreasing time in the paint room and using less paint material. Our system is also more environmentally friendly than other systems.
The real advantage of our painting system is that we disassemble your product, custom paint each individual part, then reassemble your product again. This ensures that the entire product is properly painted.
